Abstract

U radu je ispitivan utjecaj pet eteriĉnih ulja (anis, timijan, menta, bijeli bor, kadulja) na porast micelija gljive Botrytis cinerea na PDA podlozi pH 6,5 i pH 7,5 i temperaturama 15°C, 22ºC, 30ºC). Eteriĉno ulje timijana imalo je najbolje antifungalno djelovanje. Navedeno ulje inhibiralo je rast micelija gljiveBotrytis cinereau pet varijanti pokusa. Ulja bijelog bora i kadulje nisu inhibirala porast micelija ispitivane gljive. In this thesis effect of five essential oils (anise, thyme, mint, white pine, garden sage) on Botrytis cinerea mycelial growth, on PDA base of pH 6.5 and pH 7.5 upon incubation temperatures of 15°C, 22°C, 30°C, was evaluated. Essential oil of thyme has shown the best antifungal effect. Thyme oil inhibited growth of examined fungus Botrytis cinereain five variants of conducted experiment.
