The development and diversification of products and services in rural tourism

Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu definiran je pojam ruralnog turizma, njegovi problemi te mogućnost razvoja turizma. Definirana je diverzifikacija kao općeniti pojam, te proizvod i usluga kroz pojam diverzifikacije poljoprivrednih i diverzifikacije nepoljoprivrednih aktivnosti. Provedena je anketa kroz koju su se navedene hipoteze potvrdile. Ruralni turizam u Slavoniji nedovoljno je rasprostranjen i slabo oglašavan. Veća je zainteresiranost za mediteranskim turizmom. Kao glavne čimbenike za slabu posjećenost ruralnom turizmu ispitanici su pak naveli slabu ekonomsku situaciju i nedovoljnu popularnost ruralnog turizma što je i posljedica orijentiranosti države uglavnom na mediteranski turizam. Proizvodi i usluge u ruralnom turizmu nisu dovoljno razvijeni i raznolikost proizvoda i usluga je važan čimbenik kod posjete turizmu. Ruralni turizam je poveznica čovjeka i prirode, a raznolikost koja mu se nudi na tom turizmu važan je čimbenik pri posjećenosti.In this work I define the rural tourism, his problems and the possibilities of development tourism. It is defined the diversification, product and services through the term of diversification of agricultural and diversification od non-agricultural activities. Also is conducted a questionnaire where the hypothesis are confirmed. Rural tourism in Slavonija is not sufficiently widespread and it's not enought advertised. Bigger interest is for the Mediterranean tourism. The respondents said that the bad economic situation and insufficiently popularity of rural tourism is a main factor for the low visit. Orientation of country on mediterranean tourism is also a effect of low visitation. Product and services in rural tourism are not enought developed and the diversification of product and services is important factor for the visit rural tourism. Rural tourism is the link of the man and nature, and the multiformity which is offered on it is very important factor for the visit
