DIVERSIFICATION OF ORGANIC PRODUCTION ON FAMILY FARM JAZBEC

Abstract

U radu opisujemo diversificiranost Obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva Jazbec, njihovu proizvodnju ekoloških žitarica, uzgoj lipicanaca i bavljenje seoskim turizmom. Pokazujemo važnost unapređivanja ekološke proizvodnje, sve veću važnost ekoloških proizvoda i povećanje njihove potražnje i to kako je vlasnik svoje proizvode plasirao na tržište i učinio ih prepoznatljivim. U razvoju gospodarstva velika važnost pripada konjima lipicanske pasmine koji privlače posjetitelje, kao i sve ono što se nudi vezano za njih: jahanje, vožnja kočijom, zaprege… Potencijal seoskog turizma u Slavoniji i Baranji danas je prepoznat i sve više seoskih gospodarstava svoj razvoj okreće u tom smjeru.The paper describes the diversification of the Family farm, their production of organic grains, breeding Lipizzaner horses and rural tourism. We show the importance of improving ecological production, the growing importance of organic products and increase their demand and how the owner of their products placed on the market and made them distinctive. In economic development, great importance belong horses Lipizzaners that attract visitors, as well as everything that is offered in relation to them: horseback riding, carriage rides, carts ... The potential of rural tourism in Slavonia and Baranja today is recognized and more farms turn its development in this directio
