TEHNOLOGICAL FACTORS AND ECONOMICAL RESULTS OF MILK PRODUCTION AT THE FARM

Abstract

Cilj završnog rada je utvrditi najznačajnije tehnološke činitelje i ekonomske rezultate proizvodnje mlijeka na poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu s područja Slavonije osnovanog 2006. godine. Ukupan broj krava na gospodarstvu je 179. Kao izvor podataka korištena je stručna literatura i interni podaci gospodarstva. Na osnovi podataka iz kalkulacije proizvodnje mlijeka za 2013. godinu, u proizvodnji su ostvareni prihodi u iznosu od 3.592.011,60 kn dok su ukupni troškovi bili 3.252.288,63 kn. U proizvodnji mlijeka ostvarena je dobit u iznosu od 339.722,97 kn. Analiza ekonomske učinkovitosti pokazala je da je proizvodnja mlijeka na gospodarstvu ekonomična uz koeficijent ekonomičnosti od 1,10 te rentabilna po stopi od 9,46%.The aim of this final paper was to determine major tehnological factors and economical results of milk production on the farm situated in Slavonia, which was founded in 2006. The total number of cows at the farm is 179. Professional literature and the farm's intern data were used as the data source for the paper. Based on the data for the calcutaion of the milk production in 2013, the farm made the total earnings in the amount of 3.592.011,60 HRK and had the total expenses in the amount of 3.252.288,63 HRK. The income of the business was 339.722,97 HRK. The analysis of the economic efficacy showed that the milk production at the farm is economical. The economical quality is 1,10 and profitability is 9,46%
