Project structure in different management systems of companies

Abstract

Projekti se pripremaju i izvode u velikom broju poslovnih subjekata u preradi drva i proizvodnji namještaja. Različita poduzeća na različite načine uključuju projekte u svoj sustav proizvodnje i poslovanja. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti na koji način poduzeća različitih organizacijskih i upravljačkih sustava u svoje poslovanje uključuju različite oblike projektne strukture, te postoje li odvojeni programski paketi za upravljanje projektima u promatranim poduzećima za preradu drva i proizvodnju namještaja.Projects are prepared and implemented in a number of businesses in the wood processing and furniture manufacturing. Different companies in different ways, including projects in their system of production and business. The aim of this paper is to investigate how companies of various organizational and management structures in their operations include various forms of project structure and whether there are separate software packages for project management in the respective enterprise for wood processing and furniture production
