Research on tensile strength T joints in angled blade assembly of the corpus furniture

Abstract

U ovom radu istražen je utjecaj sastavnog elementa na izvlačnu čvrstoću konstrukcijskih sastava koji se koriste kod korpusnog namještaja. Za istraživanje izrađeni su uzorci od ploča iverice i srednje teške vlaknatice koji se sastoje od dva dijela. Dimenzije plošnog elementa su 120 × 65 × 18 mm , a dimenzije čeonog 120 × 80 × 18 mm, elementi su spojeni kutno-plošnim T-sastavom. Za istraživanje je korišteno šest vrsta sastavnih elemenata: moždanici, ''Lamello'' i ''Lamelica'' umetci te vezni elementi ''Tenso P-14'', ''Clamex P-14'' i ''Divario P-18''. Dobiveni rezultati istraživanja statistički su obrađeni te služe kao pokazatelj koji je od sastavnih elemenata optimalan pri spajanju korpusnog namještaja.In this study, it has been searched the influence of the connecting element on tensile strength of the structural composition used in corpus furniture. For study the samples are made of particleboard and medium density fiberboard consisting of two parts. Dimensions plate element are 120 × 65 × 18 mm, and the dimensions of front 120 × 80 × 18 mm, the elements are connected with T-shaped middle joints. For research was used six types of fasteners such as dowels, elliptical Lamello and Lamelica inserts and connectors ''Tenso P-14'', ''Clamex P-14'' and ''Divario P-18''. Research results were statistically analyzed and serve as an indicator of connection elements optimal for connecting corpus furniture
