PROCES REGRUTIRANJA I SELEKCIJE U PODUZEĆU LTH METALNI LIJEV : Završni rad

Abstract

U ovom završnom radu prikazani su načini kako se provode procesi regrutiranja i selekcije, te prikazivanje važnosti kvalitete upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u poduzeću. Prvi dio rada obuhvaća uvod, u kojem su navedeni predmet istraživanja, ciljevi i metode rada i struktura rada. U drugom djelu rada obrađena je tema s teorijskog aspekta u kojem je naglašen proces regrutiranja i selekcije zaposlenika. Na teorijski dio stavljen je poseban naglasak jer je on posebno važan u izgradnji poduzeća. Isto tako u teorijskom djelu su objašnjene vrste regrutacije i selekcije koja poduzeća koriste kako bi privukli i izabrali najkompetentnije kandidate. Na početku trećeg djela date su općenite informacije o poduzeću LTH Metalni lijev. U trećem djelu rada dati su primjeri procesa regrutiranja i selekcije koje spomenuto poduzeće vrši. Slijedi zaključak te spoznaje do kojih se došlo prilikom istraživanja djelovanja regrutiranja i selekcije u LTH Metalnom lijevu. Nakon toga navedena je korištena literatura, popis slika, grafikona i tablica te sažetak i summary.This final paper describes the ways in which recruitment and selection processes are carried out, as well as the presentation of the importance of human resource management quality in the enterprise. In the third part of the paper, there are examples of recruitment and selection processes performed by the mentioned company. The conclusion is that of the findings that have been made during the research of recruitment and selection in the LTH Metal Left.
