ANALIZA EKSTERNE OKOLINE PODUZEĆA IMPOL – TLM d.o.o. : Završni rad

Abstract

U ovome radu obrađena je tema analize okoline poduzeća „Impol – TLM d.o.o.“ Da bi pobliže objasnili što je to točno okolina, trebamo prvenstveno definirati što je to menadžment i kakva je poveznica između njega i okoline. Menadžment možemo definirati kao proces, vještinu, znanstvenu disciplinu, profesiju ili funkciju u organizaciji, tj. nositelje određenih funkcija. Menadžment kao vještinu treba shvatiti kao sposobnost da se, više ili manje uspješno, obnašaju funkcije i uloge menadžmenta. Svatko tko u bilo kojoj organizaciji usmjerava posao drugih ljudi prema ostvarenju ciljeva organizacije može se zvati menadžerom. Okolina poduzeća je kompleksan pojam koji sadrži eksternu i internu okolinu. Eksternu okolinu poduzeća čine činitelji koji izvana utječu na poduzeće. Dijeli se na opću ili socijalnu okolinu i poslovnu okolinu ili okolinu zadatka. Opću ili socijalnu okolinu čine snage koje nisu pod utjecajem poduzeća, a trebamo ih promatrati i na njih reagirati. Poslovnu okolinu čine svi koji se nalaze u neposrednoj okolini poduzeća, a povezani su s njim. Poduzeće Impol – TLM se kroz ekonomska gledišta lako nosi s gospodarskom situacijom u zemlji, svi su ekonomski faktori zadovoljeni, te se poduzeće lako nosi s razvojem novih tehnologija koje utječu na poslovanje.Najveću prijetnju, ali ne i preveliku predstavljaju prirodna ili fizička okolina i socijalno – kulturna okolina o kojoj ovisi distribucija proizvoda koja je otežana u vremenskim neprilikama. Analizom poslovne okoline utvrđeno je kako najveći problem za poduzeće predstavljaju konkurenti i sindikati. Dobavljači i kupci su najbitniji segmenti i o njima najviše ovisi uspješnost poslovanja. SWOT analizom, došli smo do rezultata da poduzeće ima izražajnije interne snage i eksterne prilike u odnosu na interne slabosti i eksterne prijetnje.In this Bachelor Thesis, the Environmental Analysis of the company Impol-TLM d.o.o. has been processed. At first glance, we should define management so that the reader can better understand the term of environment itself. Management can be defined as the process, skill, science discipline, profession, or function within an organization, also known as “Holder of certain functions”. Management from a skill perspective should be considered as an aptitude observation of the functions and parts of the management. A manager can be proclaimed by any person that manages and leads other people’s business. Company environment is a complex term which contains both the external and internal einvironments. The external environment holds factors that have an impact on a company from the outside. It is divided in general or social environments, and business environment or environment of the tasks. General (or social) environement constitutes strengths that are not under supervision of the company, but should rather be observed and reacted by us in the most appropriate way. Business environment consists of any factor that is near proximity to the company and is related to it. Impol-TLM has been well surrounded by the economic situation of the country. All economic factors have been fullfilled and the company follows upcoming technologies that are related to its business. The biggest threat presents natural/or physical and socio-cultural environment which has an impact on distribution. The conclusion has been defined by the analysis of the business environment. The biggest problem for the company presents competition and trade unions. Suppliers and customers are the most important part, and because of them the success of the company is tenable. The SWOT analysis has provided results that show the company has more reliable internal strengths and external opportunities than the internal weaknesses and external threats
