RURALNI TURIZAM U VRGORAĈKOM KRAJU I NJEGOVA PERSPEKTIVA SA STAJALIŠTA PONUDE I POTRAŢNJE : Završni rad

Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je istraţiti ponudu i potraţnju za ruralnim turizmom u vrgoraĉkom kraju, te na temelju njihove analize donijeti zakljuĉak kakva je perspektiva njegovog daljnjeg razvoja. Vrgoraĉki kraj je smješten u dalmatinskoj zagori, te kao i većina mjesta tog podruĉja bori se sa gospodarskim i demografskim problemima. Rješenje se moţe pronaći u razvoj ruralnog turizma koji pruţa mnoge pozitivne uĉinke kao što su veći prihodi, samozapošljavanje, oĉuvanje mjesta i kulture te pravilan regionalni razvoj. Iako ponuda i potraţnja za ruralnim turizmom u Vrgorcu nije velika vidi se njen rast kroz godine te potencijal koji taj kraj ima. Potrebno je stvoriti proizvod koji ce privući vise turista, poboljšati marketing, povezati se sa okolinom te povećati smještajne kapacitete. Posebne prednosti koje taj kraj moţe iskoristiti za razvoj su oĉuvana priroda, tradicionalna gastronomija, vrgoraĉke jagode koje su simbol tog kraja te blizinu velikih turistiĉkih destinacija.The primery goal this finale work is to explore the supply and demand for rural tourism in the region of Vrgorac, and on the basis of their analysis to draw a conclusion of the perspective of its further development. The Vrgorac region is located in the Dalmatian hills, and like the most places of this area it is struggling with economic and demographic problems. The solution can be found in the development of rural tourism that provides many positive effects such as higher incomes, self-employment, preservation of place and culture and proper regional development. Although the supply and demand for rural tourism in Vrgorac is not big, its growth throughout the years and have the potential. It is necessary to create a product that will attract more tourists, improve marketing, connect with the surrounding areas and increase accommodation capacities. The special advantages that this region can use for tourism development include preserved nature, traditional gastronomy, top-of-the-line strawberries that are the symbol of this area and the proximity of major tourist destinations
