Conductivity of cement pastas at normal consistency with the addition of waste building bricks : bachelor thesis

Abstract

U ovome radu Vicatovim aparatom provedeno je određivanje normalne konzistencije cementnih pasti pripravljenih od CEM I te uz dodatak mljevene opeke s masenim udjelom od w = 5-30 mas.%. Cementnim pastama pripravljenim uz voda/kruto omjer koji zadovoljava normalnu konzistenciju, (V/K) NK, pri 20 °C, kontinuirano je praćena specifična električna provodnost do pojave maksimuma. Određena je matematička funkcijska ovisnost omjera (V/K) NK i vremena pojave maksimalne specifične provodnosti o udjelu opeke. Utvrđeno je da povećani dodatak mljevene opeke podiže vrijednost omjera (V/K) NK te je potrebno i dulje vrijeme do pojave maksimalne električne provodnosti cementnih pasti što ukazuje na blago odgađanje početka vezanja cementnih pasti.In this study, Vicat's apparatus was used to determine the normal consistency of cement pastes prepared from CEM I and with the addition of minced bricks with mass fractions w = 5-30 wt %. The cement paste prepared with a water / solid ratio which satisfies a normal consistency, (W/S) NC, at 20 °C , the specific electrical conductivite was constantly followed up to the maximum. The mathematical function dependence of the ratio (W/S) NC and the time of appearance of the maximum specific conductivity of the brick portion was determined. It is established that the increased addition of minced brick increases the (W/S) NC and it takes a longer time to reach such maximum electrical of conductivity of cement paste whats indicate slightly delaying the start of the binding cement pastes
