Upravljanje projektima sportske organizacije primjenom programa ProjectLibre : završni rad

Abstract

Projektni se menadžment definira i kako vještina vođenja i koordiniranja ljudskih i materijalnih resursa tijekom čitava životnog ciklusa projekta, uz primjenu menadžerskih tehnika za postizanje unaprijed postavljenih strateških i operativnih ciljeva s obzirom na opseg troškova, kvalitetu i zadovoljavanje potrebe te očeivanje sudionika projekta. Projektni menadžment podrazumijeva razvijanje projektnoga plana, koji uključuje definiranje i potvrdu samih ciljeva projekta, ujedno identificirajući zadatke i načine izvršavanja istih, potrebne resurse te definirajući budžet potreban za izvršavanje projekta. Projekti su uobičajeno podijeljeni u faze koje uključuju iskoristivost, definiciju, planiranje projekta, implementaciju projekta, evaluaciju i korisničk podršku. Danas su korisnicima dostupni brojni softverski programi koji su postali prihvatljivi za sve vrste projekata, a predstavljaju ukupnost tehnika i alata koji se rabe za razvoj i isporuku projektnih rezultata. Autor je u ovom radu prikazao tri projekta (od kojih je jedan završen) provedena od strane KAN Split Sea Wolves i pritom je korišten softverski program prdstavljen u teorijskom dijelu rada.Project management is a carefully planned and organized effort to accomplish a successful project. A project is a one-time effort that produces a specific result, for example, a building or a major new computer system. A project is temporary in that it has a defined beginning and end in time, and therefore defined scope and resources. And a project is unique in that it is not a routine operation, but a specific set of operations designed to accomplish a singular goal. So a project team often includes people who don’t usually work together – sometimes from different organizations and across multiple geographies. Project management includes developing a project plan, which includes defining and confirming the project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and how goals will be achieved, quantifying the resources needed, and determining budgets and timelines for completion. It also includes managing the implementation of the project plan, along with operating regular 'controls' to ensure that there is accurate and objective information on 'performance' relative to the plan, and the mechanisms to implement recovery actions where necessary. Projects usually follow major phases or stages, including feasibility, definition, project planning, implementation, evaluation and support/maintenance. There are many software tools that make project management much more effective and efficient. Author of the thesis analized one finished and two unfinished projects organized by a Croatian American Football Club Split Sea Wolves. In the research je used avaliable software for project management
