The article presents the results of qualitative studies of nine focus interview groups in whichworkers representing nine flexible forms of employment took part (a substitute employment, temporaryemployment, self-employment or running one’s own business, telework, employment fora limited period of time, part-time job, a civil law contract, seasonal work, employment in a socialeconomy – in a social association). The analysis of transcriptions was conducted from the perspectiveof behaviours perceived by workers as more or less ethical, taking into consideration thespecificity of particular non-traditional jobs
