Kroz ovaj rad će se opisati softverski alat za upravljanje projektima Bitrix 24, koji pomaže korisniku pri organizaciji i komunikaciji tijekom projekta te delegiranju radnih zadataka između članova projektnog tima.
U ovom radu opisivati će se besplatna verzija Bitrixa i njene mogućnosti.
Ono što izdvaja ovaj softverski alat je njegova jednostavnost u komunikaciji i organizaciji, ali i postoji problem neuvažavanja svih resursa.
U teorijskom dijelu opisuju se projekti, upravljanje istima, opis alata. Analiza će se provoditi kroz pet kriterija za izbor alata za upravljanje projektima.
Nakon analize, opisati ćemo alat kroz konkretni primjer organizacije debatnog turinira u Splitu.
