Abstract
Uspješna istraživanja na području raka pokazuju da se trećina raka može spriječiti provedbom mjera primarne prevencije. Pravodobno otkrivanje raka glavni je preduvjet suzbijanja njegovih nepovoljnih posljedica. Redoviti ginekološki pregledi znatno povećavaju izglede za rano otkrivanje raka,a prema tome i njegovo izlječenje. Rak u ranom stadiju ne uzrokuje nikakve smetnje ni simptome, stoga je potrebno redovito provoditi ginekološke preglede i uzimanje Papa testa. Komunikacije između primalje i bolesnice važan je čimbenik u pružanju primaljske skrbi svakoj bolesnici, a posebno bolesnici s neizlječivom bolešću. Uspješnost komunikacije ovisi već o prvom kontaktu bolesnice i primalje. Stvaranje ugodne psihološke klime i odnosa povjerenja pridonijet će ljubazno, pristojno i srdačno ponašanje primalje. Posebno je važno da suprimalje koje sudjeluju u provedbi zdravstvene njege upućene u bolesničino stanje i podupiru dobru komunikaciju.Successful research in the field of cancer show that a third of cancers can be prevented by the implementation of primary prevention measures. Timely detection of cancer is a key prerequisite to combat its adverse consequences. Regular gynecological significantly increases the chances of early detection of cancer, and therefore its cure. Cancer at an early stage does not cause any interference or symptoms, so it is necessary to regularly conduct gynecological examinations and taking the Pope of the test. Communication between midwives and patients is an important factor in providing midwifery care to each patient, especially patients with incurable disease. The success of communication depends already on the first contact patients and midwives. Creating a pleasant psychological climate and trust relationships will contribute to the friendly, polite and friendly behavior midwives.
