"Stress and psoriasis"

Abstract

U psihološkom smislu, stres uključuje percepciju, emocije, anksioznost, interpersonalne, socijalne ili ekonomske događaje koji se smatraju prijetnjom nečijem fizičkom zdravlju, osobnoj sigurnosti ili blagostanju.Stres u tehničkom smislu je količina energije koja je čovjeku potrebna da se prilagodi unutrašnjim i vanjskim zahtjevima života za određeno vrijeme.Dakle,to je ravnoteža između zadatka koje treba obaviti i sredstava koja ima na raspolaganju da to učini.Otkrivanje uzroka stresa uvelike može doprinijeti preventivnom djelovanju kod osoba koje još uvijek nije zahvatio stres, ali isto tako može utjecati na način liječenja, odnosno terapijski pristup u procesu liječenja. Stres se često povezuje i s kožnim bolestima. Među njih se ubraja i psorijaza, odnosno kronična upala kože. Brojni stručnjaci smatraju da je kod velikog broja oboljelih od psorijaze uzrok bolesti, ali i otežanog i/ili neuspješnog liječenja upravo stres. Stoga je važno identificirati povezanost stresa s psorijazom te na temelju dobro postavljene dijagnoze odrediti tijek liječenja.In psychological sence stress includes perception, emotions, anxiety, social and economical events which are considered as a threat to someone’s physical health, personal security or prosperity. Stress in technical sence is amount of energy needed to a human being to adjust inner and external life’s request for cretan amount of time. Therefor, that is the balance between assiments which are needed to be done and assets available to accomplish those assiments. Discovering the causes of stress can greatly contribute to preventive action in those who are still not caught stress disorder, but it can also affect the treatment or therapeutic approach in the treatment process. Stress is often associated with the skin disease. Among them is one and psoriasis, and chronic inflammation of the skin. Many experts believe that a large number of patients with psoriasis cause of the disease, but also difficult and / or unsuccessful treatment just stress. It is therefore important to identify the connection between stress and psoriasis based on good diagnosis to determine the course of treatment
