Abstract
U ovom radu analiziran je pumpa - brizgaljka sustav ubrizgavanja koji je primjenjiv samo kod dizel motora, te su istaknute njegove prednosti i nedostatci. Prije same analize sustava ubrizgavanja razradi se pristupilo sa šireg aspekta, te je na početku objašnjen princip rada dizel motora. Princip rada obuhvaća pokretanje hladnog motora, postupke ubrizgavanja, radni ciklus četverotaktnog motora, te ukratko o kružnom termodinamičkom procesu koji se odvija kod rada dizel motora. Detaljno je objašnjen sustav napajanja dizel motora gorivom, te su na osnovnoj razini opisani ostali sustavi ubrigavanja. Pumpa brizgaljka sustav je sustav direktnog ubrizgavanja goriva u cilindar motora, a karakterističan je po jedinstvenom sklopu pumpa - brizgaljka koji omogućava visoke tlakove ubrizgavanja, što je jedna od glavne prednosti tog sustava.In this work is analysed the Unit Injector System which is applicable only to Diesel engines, and here are highlighted his advantages and disadvantages. Before the analysis of the injection system, elaboration of the work is approached from a wider point of view, at the beginning is explained the working principle of the Diesel engine. The principle of work includes starting a cold engine, injection procedures, a four-stroke engine operating cycle, and briefly about a circular thermodynamic process that takes place in the work of diesel engine. Diesel fuel supply system is explained in details, and other refueling systems are described at baseline. The Unit Injector System is a direct fuel injection system in the engine cylinder, and is characterized by a unique pump-injector arrangement that allows high injection pressures, which is one of the main advantages of this system
