PROCES DISTRIBUCIJE U CHEMOLUX - ŠARIĆ D.O.O. : Završni rad

Abstract

Glavni zadatak distribucije je da proizvod ili usluga u odreĊenoj koliĉini, u odreĊenom vremenu i na odreĊenom mjestu bude dostupna kupcu. U tom procesu narudţba i isporuka robe ima vaţan dio distribucijskog menadţmenta. Narudţba proizvoda zapoĉinje kada kupac pošalje narudţbu, a završava isporukom robe kupcu. U poduzeću Chemolux – Šarić taj proces naruĉivanja robe je u dva smjera. Jedan sa strane kada je Chemolux – Šarić kupac, a drugi kada je dobavljaĉ. Naruĉena roba koja nije odmah na prodaju se skladišti te sprema za nove, buduće kupce. Chemolux – Šarić ima dva skladišta – jedno uz poslovni prostor u kojem se nalaze proizvodi potrebni za svakodnevno poslovanje, a drugi na udaljenoj lokaciji u kojoj skladišti sigurnosne zalihe. U skladištu i poslovnom prostoru se upravlja zalihama na naĉin da se na dnevnoj i tjednoj kontrolira koliĉina proizvoda na zalihama te se naruĉuje potrebna koliĉina proizvoda. Pod manipulacijom robe podrazumijevaju se aktivnosti koje pomaţu prilikom skladištenja robe. Chemolux – Šarić se pri skladištenju koristi viliĉarom i paletarom, te se roba zaštiti folijom koja dodatno stabilizira robu te je štiti od vanjskih utjecaja. Za prijevoz robe od skladišta do poslovnog prostora na raspolaganju je jedan kombi i dva osobna automobila ako je to za manje koliĉine robe. Da bi poslovanje bilo uspješno potrebno je da se svi dijelovi procesa distribucije dobro organiziraju jer ako samo jedan dio ovog procesa ima problema s organizacijom to utjeĉe na cijelu distribuciju.The main task of the distribution is that the product or service is available to the buyer at a certain amount, at a certain time and at a specific place. In this process ordering and delivery of goods has an important part of the distribution management. The order of the product starts when the customer sends the order and ends with the delivery of the goods to the buyer. In Chemolux - Saric this process of ordering goods is in two directions. One side when Chemolux-Saric is a buyer, and another when it is a supplier. Ordered products that are not for selling right now are saved for future customers in warehouses. Chemolux - Šarić has two warehouses - one with a business space where products are needed for day-to-day business and the other at a remote location where they store security supplies. Warehouse and business space manage inventories by controlling the amount of products on a daily and weekly basis and ordering the required amount of product. Under the manipulation of goods, there are activities that help to store goods. Chemolux - Šarić is used for storage with a forklift and pallet, and a foil that further stabilizes the goods and protects them from external influences protects the goods. For transportation of goods from the warehouse to the business premises, there is a van and two passenger cars for smaller quantities of goods. For a job to be successful, all parts of the distribution process are well organized because if only one part of the process has problems with the organization, this affects to the entire distribution
