U ovom završnom radu teorijski su se obradile i istražile različite kategorije prihoda i
troškova te pokazatelji uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća. S obzirom na to analizirala se i
proučavala stručna literatura za odreñivanje navedenih pojmova.
Svrha rada bila je istražiti i opisati načine i metode koje se koriste za proučavanje i
analiziranje financijskih izvještaja poduzeća Kraš d.d.. Istraživanje se provodilo prikupljajući
podatke iz različitih izvora posebno iz stručne literature i financijskih izvještaja Kraša.
Na osnovu predočenih rezultata, autor zaključuje da je prije svakog pregleda i analiziranja
financijskih izvještaja potrebno poznavati osnovne stavke koje se nalaze u njima te metode i
pokazatelje za ocjenu uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća.
Koristeći pokazatelje za mjerenje uspješnosti te proučavanjem financijskih izvještaja vidljivo
je da poduzeće Kraš d.d. završava niz poslovnih godina s dobitkom. Zbog gospodarskog
stanja u RH profiti poduzeća se smanjuju, ali je poduzeće i dalje likvidno i na vrijeme
podmiruje svoje obveze.In this paper, various categories of income and expenditures as well as indicators of corporate
performance have been explored. Considering that, the scientific literature was analysed and
studied to determine key concepts.
The purpose of this paper was to investigate and describe the ways and methods used for
study and analysis of financial statements of the company Kraš d.d. The research was
conducted by collecting data from different sources, especially from the professional literature
and financial reports from Kraš.
Based on the results of research, the author concludes that before any analysis of financial
statements, it is necessary to know the basic items contained in them as well as methods and
indicators for the assessment of corporate performance.
Using the indicators to measure the success and studying financial statements, it is evident
that the company Kraš d.d. ends down a series of business years with profit. Due to economic
situation in the Republic of Croatia there is a trend of reducing profits of large number of
company, however, Kraš d.d. is still liquid and settle its commitments on time
