Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je ispitati odnos etičnosti rukovoditelja i odgovornog organizacijskog ponašanja tima na prigodnom uzorku od 196 timova, koje čini 659 članova zaposlenih u organizacijama različitih djelatnosti s područja Republike Hrvatske. Istraživanjem se nastojala provjeriti faktorska struktura Upitnika etičkog rukovođenja te doprinos procjene tima o etičnosti rukovoditelja odgovornom organizacijskom ponašanju tima prema organizaciji, rukovoditelju i suradnicima. Eksploratornom faktorskom analizom potvrđena je jednofaktorska struktura Upitnika etičkog rukovođenja. Rezultati hijerarhijskih regresijskih analiza u skladu su s očekivanjima te ukazuju kako, držeći pod kontrolom različita obilježja tima, procjena etičnosti rukovoditelja pozitivno doprinosi odgovornom organizacijskom ponašanju tima prema sva tri izvora, ali najviše prema rukovoditelju.The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between ethical leadership and teams’ organizational citizenship behavior on a convenient sample of 196 work teams, consisting of 659 employees of organizations that represent a variety of different industries in the area of the Republic of Croatia. This study tried to verify the factorial structure of the Ethical leadership questionnaire and contribution of teams’ perception of ethical leadership to teams’ organizational citizenship behavior directed towards organization as a whole, supervisor and coworkers. An exploratory factor analysis confirmed the unifactorial structure of the Ethical leadership questionnaire. The results of hierarchical regression analyzes are in line with the expectations, and indicate how, by controling different team characteristics, teams’ perception of ethical leadership positively contributes to the organizational citizenship bevahior directed towards all three sources, but to the supervisor the most
