Probing Cellular Uptake of Nanoparticles, One at a Time


Advanced fluorescence microscopy is the method of choice to study cellular uptake of nanoparticles with molecular specificity and nanoscale resolution; yet, direct visualization of nanoparticles entry into cells poses severe technical challenges.
