Abstract

Ljudske aktivnosti, koje izazivaju promjene i štete u prirodnom okolišu, postaju jedan od najvećih problema današnjice. Marinskim okolišima, kao jednim od najvećih ekoloških cjelina, sve više prijeti onečišćenje kao posljedica ljudskih aktivnosti, zbog čega je potrebna njegova zaštita. Sustavna međunarodnopravna zaštita marinskih područja počinje u drugoj polovici dvadesetog stoljeća i djeluje i danas. Ovaj diplomski rad daje prikaz propisa o zaštiti marinskog okoliša, koje je usvojila Republika Hrvatska, a koji su nastali kao posljedica djelovanja RH u međunarodnoj i regionalnoj zajednici.Abstract: Human activities that cause damage to the natural environment are today becoming one of the biggest global issues. The marine environment, as one of the largest ecological units, is increasingly threatened by pollution caused by humans and thus the necessity of its protection is constant. Systematic international legal protection of marine environment began in the second half of the twentieth century and continues to this day. This thesis gives an overview of the Croatian obligations in the field of environmental protection of the marine environment, incurred because of the Republic of Croatia activities in the international and regional community
