Abstract
Prilikom analize broja i posljedica prometnih nesreća i određivanja utjecaja pojedinog čimbenika na sigurnost cestovnog prometa cesta i cestovna infrastruktura u Hrvatskoj je vrlo malo zastupljena. S druge strane dokazani učinci saniranja detektiranih opasnih mjesta na cestama i dionica cesta potvrđuju opravdanost izmjena pristupa i načina evidentiranja čimbenika koji utječu na mogućnost nastanka prometnih nesreća. Primjena metoda detektiranja i načina saniranja opasnih mjesta prikazane u ovom diplomskom radu zasigurno bi znatno unaprijedile sigurnost svih sudionika u cestovnom prometu u Republici Hrvatskoj.When analyzing the number and consequences of traffic accidents and determining the impact of each of factors on road safety of roads and road infrastructure in Croatia is very little represented. On the other hand the proven effects of remediation of detected dangerous places on the roads and road sections confirm the validity modification approaches and ways of recording the factors that affect the likelihood of accidents. The application of a method for detecting and ways remediation the dangerous places on the roads presented in this graduation thesis surely would significantly enhance the safety of all road traffic participants in Republic of Croatia
