Abstract
In this bachelor thesis, all the more important features of drones, which are still known as unmanned aerial vehicle (engl. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle – UAV), are described. Continuous technological advancement of drones increases their popularity and it is increasingly used for various purposes. Every day, the number of users of drones increases, and with that also increasing amounts of data collected, which are essential for the forensic itself. Through the work, digital forensic is described, which is an introduction to forensic analysis of drones, and the whole other analysis process. The most important methods and tools used to carry out forensic analysis are listed. Forensic challenges grow every day, so it will take a long time for the forensic analysis of drones, which is relatively new term, to develop to the maximum. Forensic analysis is described in the example of DJI Phantom 3, with the aim of reconstructing all recorded actions by the drone. Based on that example, some generic methods are used to analyze and extract data, and at the end, the results of the research are also presented
