Innovative educational environment of higher educational institution

Abstract

The purpose of the research is aimed at the studying an innovative educational environment of higher educational institution, its projecting and modeling in the context of environmental approach and implement this model to a learning process. The main approaches to study this problem are the following: a competence approach which is determined by the need of forming a highly competitive mobile competent specialist, which is ready for a lifelong learning; an environmental approach, based on projecting different virtual educational environments for self-education and mutual education of students. In the research the innovative educational environment is considered as an open system, which accumulates purposely created organizational-pedagogical, technologicalprocedural information resources as a common learning environment of an educational institution that will allow effective cooperation of all interested parties in the field of future specialists' professional training
