На основе уровневой столкновительно-излучательной модели исследована возможность использования излучения триплетных состояний водорода в ЭЦР-разряде для диагностики плазмы.The applicability of plasma diagnostics of ECR-discharges by emission of triplet electron-excited states of hydrogen molecules was analyzed on the base of the level-to-level semi-empirical collisional-radiative model.
