Phase relations were determined in the Cu-Te-Sb phase system at 300, 350, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 and 1000 degree C. At temperatures between 400 and 900 degree C a cubic primitive ternary phase A exists. It has the empirical formula Cu(10.32-0.97x)Te(x)Sb(4-x) (Z=2, a=7.682 Å). A small liquid field on the Cu-Te join close to the Te-corner of the phase diagram with up to 5 at% Sb exists at 350 degree C. At 400 degree C it has significantly increased in size, and at 500 degree C it dominates the Te-rich part of the phase diagram. At 500 degree C another small liquid field occurs in the central portion of the phase digram. At 600 degree C the two fields have merged into one field which dominates the phase diagram opposite to the Cu-Corner. The maximum content of Cu in Sb-Te phases, Sb in Cu-Te phases and Te in Cu-Sb phases has been studied in detail
