Tendencies in changes of career understanding among learners

Abstract

The article deals with attitudes of learners towards career with the aim to determine the dominating understanding of career as a notion and its pattern. Analysis is being developed by revealing future perspectives for learners‘career as well as basic features, influencing the success of careers. The article develops potential tendencies in career understanding and changes of its patterns, their links to lifelong learning. Results might be useful when searching for optimal ways and new strategies for career designing, training and management
