This research is conducted to prove the leadership influence and working
motivation through the manager's performances with functional manager and
general manager on manufacturing company in Palembang as an example. the
research method used is convenience sampling by getting 40 respondents. the
data analysis method used is double liner regression by doing T-test and F-test.
besides, the assumption analysis is done that are normality test, multicollinearity
test, heteroscedasticity test to continue the regression model.
After doing the T-test, it is known that the leadership style in a company
does not influence a manager's performances, and so that the working motivation.
