This purpose of this research is to understand the influence of motivation,
compensation, and availability of career ladder to employee performance. This
research also gives a description of similar researches especially research that also
related to working efficiency. Sample of this research is Trade Company, Service
Company, and Manufacture Company. Sampling method in this research is using
Convenience Sampling. The Data collection is done by distributing questionnaire
to 35 different companies in Palembang. Data collection starts from January 3,
2012 to March 8, 2012. The result of hypothesis testing by using analysis
