    دا஺ه ع࢖وم پزشਔی ໊ඟمان  بهداشت ي دانشكده    پايان نامه مقطع كارشناسي ارشد آموزش بهداشت    عنوان :بررسي تاثير مداخله آموزشي مبتني بر تئوري شناختي اجتماعي بر ميزان مصرف دخانيات بدون دود در دانش آموزان دبيرستان هاي پسرانه جنوب شرق )كنارك و   5931-6931 سال تحصيلي  (چابهار    توسط: مهناز حبيبي نسب    دكترعابدين ايرانپور استاد راهنما:    اساتيد مشاور: دكتر آرميتا شاه اسماعيلي، دكتر مقدمه ميرزايي    7931- 8931سال تحصيلي:       چكيده:مصرف انواع مواد دخاني و مخدر از خطرناك ترين پديده هاي جوامع بشري در عصر حاضر است كه بنيان هاي  و هدف: مقدمههاي فرهنگي و اجتماعي جوامع را با خطر مواجه ساخته است. در جنوب شرق ايران به دليل مجاورت با مرز پاكستان مصرف تنباكوجويدني شيوع قابل توجهي پيدا نموده است. با توجه به خطرات و عوارض ناشي از مصرف دخانيات بدون دود، اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين شيوع مصرف دخانيات بدون دود و عوامل مرتبط با آن و بررسي تاثير مداخله آموزشي مبتني بر تئوري شناختي اجتماعي بر   انجام شد. 59-69ود در دانش آموزان دبيرستان هاي پسرانه جنوب شرق ) كنارك و چابهار( در سال ميزان مصرف دخانيات بدون د  :روش تحقيقنفر از دانش آموزان پسر سال اول و سوم  402اين مطالعه مداخله اي نيمه تجربي آينده نگر است كه به صورت قبل و بعد بر روي شاهد به روش  ) مداخله( و استان سيستان و بلوچستان انجام شد كه در دو گروه مورددر كنارك و چابهار در جنوب امتوسطه دوم بنمداخلات طراحي شده  در گروه مداخله چهار هفته و در گروه شاهد نيز فقط سخنراني ساده در شدند.  انتخاب دردسترسنمونه گيري رسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گرديد. پس از جمع آوري وري داده هاي قبل و بعد از مداخله، از پآجهت جمع قالب يك جلسه بود. ، تي واليس -كروسكالهاي  زمونآ ماري مناسب نظيرآبراي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها و ازمون هاي   02sspsداده ها از نرم افزار   استفاده شد. و رگرسيون لجستيك من ويتني زوجي، انووا،  :يافته ها% بود. سوء مصرف مواد 9,67%  و سابقه خريد آن 77مصرف مواد دخاني بدون دود در طول عمر نتايج مطالعه نشان داد سابقه سوء بيشترين نوع ماده مصرفي در  . In southeastern Iran, the use of chewing tobacco has become a major contributor to the proximity of the Pakistani border. Regarding the risks and complications of smoke-free smoking, this study aimed to determine the prevalence of smokeless smoking and its related factors and the effect of educational intervention based on social cognitive theory on the amount of smoke-free smoking in boys' high school students Southeast (Konarak and Chabahar) was conducted in 1996-95. Research Methodology: This is a prospective semi-experimental interventional study that was carried out on 204 male and female students of the second and second grade secondary schools of Kanarak and Chabahar ports in southern Sistan and Baluchestan province, which were divided into two groups: case (intervention) and Controls were selected by available sampling method. The interventions in the intervention group of four weeks and in the control group were just plain speeches in the form of a session. To collect data before and after intervention, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. After data collection, software spss20 was used to analyze the data and appropriate statistical samples such as Kruskal-Wallis tests, T-paired, Anova, Mann-Whitney and logistic regression. Findings: The results of the study showed that the history of tobacco-free smoke was 77% and its purchase history was 76.9%. Smoke-free smoking was significantly decreased in the intervention group in the last 30 days (p = 0.003). The most commonly used substance in the supportive intervention group was 80.3% and supportive use was 76.19% in the last 30 days and 82.08% in the life span. Substance abuse was among the intimate friends of the student involved in the intervention (68.1%) and among the family members (50.5%). Out of the structures, only the outcomes of the outcomes were associated with smoke-free smoking in the past 30 days. Positive understanding constructs had a meaningful relationship with the behavior of smokeless smokeless food. One of the reasons for the decline in the level of understanding of the situation is that, after completing several training sessions, students did not know the realities of the subject, and therefore their grades became more realistic and reduced. Conclusion: Use of non-smoky and chewy (no smoke) tobacco such as Pan, Pan-Prague, Gutka, Nasa, Supermarkets, etc. in southeastern Iran due to adjacent Pakistani border and illegal entry of these luxury products with attractive colors and market-leading presentations. And food stores and the lack of awareness of many students about the nature and effects of these materials has led to an increase in the consumption of these materials, so training and implementing preventive programs have a direct relationship to smoke-free smoking, which requires the emphasis on the presentation and The program shows the prevention of urban schools.
