En una prospección mirmecológica por el norte de Marruecos hemos identificado 50 especies de hormigas, 34 de las cuales viven también en el sur ibérico. De especial interés sistemático son Tapinoma minor, consistentemente mis pequeñas que Tapinoma simrothi. El endemismo marroquí Aphaenogaster nadigi está morfológicamente cerca de Aphaenogaster gibbosa. Monomorium salomonis obscuriceps es distintamente mis obscura que Monomorium salomonis de Menorca y Mallorca. Las formas coloreadas de Cataglyphis gmpo albicans tienen también semejanzas con las formas ibéricas.In a prospection through the north of Morocco, we have found 50 species of ants, 34 of which live also in the south of the Iberian Peninsula. Of special systematic mention are Tapinoma minor, consistently smaller than Tapinoma simrothi. The morocco endemism Aphaenogaster nadigi, is morphologically near to A. gibbosa. Monomoriurn salomonis obscuriceps is distinctly darker than M. salomonis from Menorca and Mallorca. The coloured forms of Cataglyphis group albicans have also similarities with the iberian forms
