The paper intend to analyse and sistematize the problems of the literary genus from Aristotle's Poetry. The Todorov's transgression of the genrus is already preconceived in Aristotle talking about the Margites and in some allusions to the prose: anyway this question is complicated with the disappearance of second book of Poetry
