Observation of electroweak WZjj production at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV with the ATLAS detector

Abstract

This poster presents the observation of electroweak $W^{\pm}Zjj$ (WZjj-EW) production, using 36.1 fb$^{-1}$ of data collected with the ATLAS detector. The analysis focuses on the fully leptonic $\ell\ell\ell\nu jj$ ($\ell = e,\mu$) final state, observed with a significance of $5.3$ standard deviations. The analysis techniques and setup are explained, as well as the cross-section measurements for both WZjj and WZjj-EW
