     دا஺ه ﻋ࢖ﻮم ﭘﺰﺷਔﯽ ໊ඟﻣﺎن  داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎري و ﻣﺎﻣﺎﻳﻲ رازي  ﭘﺎﻳﺎن ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﻛﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ ارﺷﺪ رﺷﺘﻪ روان ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎري  ﻋﻨﻮان:ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ و ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮس ﺷﻐﻠﻲ آﻣﻮزشﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ   ﻫﺎي ﻫﺎي اورژاﻧﺲ ﺑﻴﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎنﺑﺨﺶﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در  زﻣﺎن  6931در ﺳﺎل  داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن    ﺗﻮﺳﻂ: اﻋﻈﻢ ﻛﺎرﺑﺨﺶ راوري  اﺳﺘﺎد راﻫﻨﻤﺎ: ﮔﻠﻨﺎز ﻓﺮوغ ﻋﺎﻣﺮي  ﺳﻜﻴﻨﻪ ﻣﻴﺮي -زادﻳﺎناﺳﺎﺗﻴﺪ ﻣﺸﺎور: دﻛﺘﺮ ﺟﻤﻴﻠﻪ ﻓﺮخ  اﻟﻬﻲاﺳﺘﺎد ﻣﺸﺎور آﻣﺎر: دﻛﺘﺮ ﻣﻨﻴﺮاﻟﺴﺎدات ﻧﻌﻤﺖ  79- 89ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﻴﻠﻲ:    ﭼﻜﻴﺪهاز آﻧﺠﺎ اﺳﺖ.  ﺷﻐﻠﻲ اﺳﺘﺮس ﺑﺎﻻي ﺑﻪ ﺧﻄﺮ اﻧﺪاﺧﺘﻦ ﺳﻼﻣﺘﻲ، ﺳﻄﺢ اﺻﻠﻲ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ از ﻳﻜﻲ ﻳﻜﻢ، و ﺑﻴﺴﺖ ﻗﺮن درﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﻛﻨﻨﺪ، اي ﺧﻮد ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﻣﻲاﺳﺘﺮس را در زﻧﺪﮔﻲ روزﻣﺮه ﺣﺮﻓﻪﻫﺎي اورژاﻧﺲ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺎﻻﻳﻲ از ﻛﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﺛﻴﺮآﻣﻮزشﺄﺗ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦﻫﺪف از اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ،  ﻫﺎي ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﺮس، ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎن، ﺿﺮوري اﺳﺖ.آﻣﻮزش ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﻫﺎي اورژاﻧﺲ ﺑﻴﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎنو ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮ اﺳﺘﺮس ﺷﻐﻠﻲ  .ﺑﻮد 6931در ﺳﺎل  ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎهآزﻣﻮن ﺑﻮد ﭘﺲ –آزﻣﻮن ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻳﻚ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻲ ﺑﺎ دو ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ و ﻛﻨﺘﺮل از ﻧﻮع ﭘﻴﺶ اﻳﻦروش ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ: ﻫﺎي ﻫﺎي اورژاﻧﺲ ﺑﻴﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎناﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در ﺑﺨﺶ 6931ﻛﻪ در ﺳﺎل ﻧﻔﺮ( ﺑﻮد.  08و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﻌﻴﺎرﻫﺎي ورود )ﺑﻪ ﺷﻴﻮه ﺳﺮﺷﻤﺎري ﮔﻴﺮي ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ .ﺑﻮدﻧﺪواﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري  .ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪﻧﻔﺮ(  04دو ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ و ﻛﻨﺘﺮل )در ﻫﺮ ﮔﺮوه  ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺳﺎده درﺳﭙﺲ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ(، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺮس ﺷﻐﻠﻲ nacaMدﻣﻮﮔﺮاﻓﻴﻚ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎن ﻣﻜﻦ )ﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت دادهﻫﺎ را ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻞ ﻛﺮدﻧﺪ، ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ﻛﺎرﮔﺎه ﻳﻚ روزه آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ( ﺑﻮد. اﺑﺘﺪا دو ﮔﺮوه ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪwopisO)در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ  ﻤﻴﻞ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ.ﻫﺎ ﻳﻚ ﻣﺎه ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ﻣﺠﺪداً ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻫﺮ دو ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻜﺳﺎﻋﺖ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ 4زﻣﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻋﻮدت داده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﻴﻦ دﻟﻴﻞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﻲ  67ﻫﺎي اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه ﺗﻨﻬﺎ رﻏﻢ ﭘﻴﮕﻴﺮيآزﻣﻮن ﻋﻠﻲﭘﺲآﻣﻮزﺷﻲ داده ﻧﺸﺪ. ﺑﺮاي  ،ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﺟﻔﺖ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻋﻮدت داده ﺷﺪه ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. 67ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ ﺑﺮ روي ﺟﻬﺖ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻳﻚ  ﻫﺎيآزﻣﻮناز ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺮﻣﺎﻟﻴﺘﻲ دادهو اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ  12SSPSاﻓﺰار ﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮمﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ داده  ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ.  ﺗﻔﺎوت آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ اﺟﺮاي از از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻧﻤﺮه اﺳﺘﺮس ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل و ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ﮔﺮوه دو ﺑﻴﻦﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد  ﻫﺎ:ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪدر ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ، ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه اﺳﺘﺮس ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﻗﺒﻞ و ﺑﻌﺪ از آﻣﻮزش اﺧﺘﻼف (. p ˂0/500) داﺷﺖ وﺟﻮد آﻣﺎري دارﻣﻌﻨﺎاﻳﻦ  ﻛﻪاﻧﺪﻛﻲ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﭘﻴﺪا ﻛﺮد  ،وﻟﻲ ﻧﻤﺮه اﺳﺘﺮس ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﺑﻌﺪ از اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ( >p 0/50)ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار آﻣﺎري ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ و ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ از اﺟﺮاي  ﺑﻴﻦ دو ﮔﺮوه ﻛﻨﺘﺮلاﻓﺰاﻳﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ آﻣﺎري ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﻧﺒﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻛﻠﻲ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎن و ﺗﻤﺎم اﺑﻌﺎد آن در (. P ˂ 0/50دار آﻣﺎري داﺷﺖ )ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ، ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ﻟﺬا ﻣﻲ (P ˂ 0/50)و اﻳﻦ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ آﻣﺎري ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺑﻮد ﻣﻮن در ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ داﺷﺖ آزﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﭘﺲ  ﻫﺎ ﺷﺪ.و ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ارﺗﻘﺎي اﻳﻦ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻪ اﺳﺖداﺷﺘﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ  ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎراني ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎن ﻫﺎﺑﺮ ﻣﻬﺎرت ،آﻣﻮزشﻫﺎي اورژاﻧﺲ، اﺑﺘﺪا در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺗﺎ ﺷﺪﻳﺪ ﻗﺮار داﺷﺖ در اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، اﺳﺘﺮس ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران ﺑﺨﺶﮔﻴﺮي: ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ از اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﺎن در اﻳﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺎﻗﻲ ﻣﺎﻧﺪ. ﻫﺮﭼﻨﺪ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻬﺎرتﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻫﺎ و ﺗﻜﻨﻴﻚﻫﺎي اورژاﻧﺲ را ﻛﺎﻫﺶ دﻫﺪ اﻣﺎ آﻣﻮزش اﻳﻦ ﻣﻬﺎرتﺗﻨﻬﺎﻳﻲ، ﻧﺘﻮاﻧﺴﺖ اﺳﺘﺮس ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران ﺑﺨﺶﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﮔﺮدد ﭘﻴﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﻲ ﻟﺬاﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎنِ ﺧﻮد را اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ دﻫﻨﺪ. ﻫﺎ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻣﻬﺎرتﺷﺪ ﭘﺮﺳﻨﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎري اﻳﻦ ﺑﺨﺶ  ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش ﻛﻨﺘﺮل و ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﺮس ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﺮاي ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران ﺑﺨﺶ اورژاﻧﺲ اﺟﺮا ﺷﻮد.ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎن،  ﻫﺎي اورژاﻧﺲ.، ﺑﺨﺶاﺳﺘﺮس ﺷﻐﻠﻲ، ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎرانﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎن، ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ زﻣﺎن،  آﻣﻮزش،ﻛﻠﻤﺎت ﻛﻠﻴﺪي:        Abstract Background and Objectives: In the 21st century, one of the main risk factors for health is a high level of occupational stress. Since nurses working in emergency departments have a high level of stress in their daily lives, stress management training, such as time management, is essential. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of time management training on occupational stress and time management skills of nurses working in emergency departments of Kerman University of Medical Sciences hospitals in 2017.  Materials and Methods: This is a quasi-experimental study with two intervention and control groups, a pre-test-post-test, performed in 1396. The statistical population of this study was all nurses working in emergency departments of hospitals affiliated to Kerman University of Medical Sciences. Sampling was done by census method and based on entrance criteria (80 people). The samples were randomly divided into two intervention and control groups (40 in each group). The data collection tools were demographic information questionnaire, Macan questionnaire, job stress questionnaire (Osipow). At first, the two groups completed the questionnaires, then a one-day workshop for time management training for 4 hours was conducted for the intervention group. The questionnaires were completed one month after the intervention by both groups. In the post-test phase, despite the follow-up, only 76 questionnaires were returned. For this reason, the analysis of the effectiveness of educational intervention was carried out on 76 pairs of returned questionnaires. The control group was not educated. SPSS21 software was used for data analysis. Parametric tests were used for analyzing the data. Results: There was a statistically significant difference between the two intervention and control groups in terms of job stress score (p <0.005) before the intervention. In the intervention group, the mean of job stress before and after training was not statistically significant (p> 0.05), but the job stress score after the intervention was slightly increased, which was not statistically significant. Also, the mean time management score between the two groups was statistically significant (P ≤ 0.05) after intervention. In general, the mean score of time management and all its dimensions increased at the post-test stage in the intervention group and this increase was statistically significant (P ≤ 0.05). Therefore, it can be said that training on nursing time management skills It has had a positive impact and has promoted these skills. Conclusion: In this study, the job stress of nurses in emergency departments was at first moderate to severe levels, which remained at this level after educational intervention. However, the training of time management skills alone could not reduce the stress of nurses in emergency departments, but training these skills and techniques led nursing staff in these sectors to increase their time management skills. Therefore, it is suggested that, in addition to the time management training program, training programs for controlling and coping with stress should be implemented for emergency department nurses.
