This report was produced by a policy research project in the academic year 1979-80. The study, funded by the City of Austin, the Texas Department of Human Resources, the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, and the Lyndon Baines Johnson Foundation, has developed a series of techniques to assist the City of Austin to deploy and manage emergency medical service vehicles.
