Abstract

The cross-sectional study investigated the effects of aerobic fitness on cerebrovascular function in the healthy brain. We quantified grey matter (GM) cerebral blood flow (CBF) and cerebrovascular reactivity (CVR), in a sample of young adults within a normal fitness range.
