The dependent variable for the analysis is employment of persons with cerebral palsy. Independent variables that affect employment include socio-demographic factors, disability factors, human capital factors, and social environment factors. In order to evaluate the effect on employment, a binary logistic regression analysis is performed and, for the effect on wages, a multiple regression analysis is conducted. The summary of the results are as follows. In the evaluation of the effect on employment by each factor, daily life activities in disability factors (B=0.011, p<0.05), income assistance (B=-0.022, p<0.05) and discrimination (B=-0.031, p<0.01) in social environment factors are found to exert significant effect on employment
