Abstract
聚乳酸(PLA)因为其生物相容性好、降解小分子无毒害效应、机械性能优异和价格低等优异性,有望作为一种新型膜材料在得到应用。我们首先针对PLA微孔膜的共性问题如微孔结构和抗污染进行了研究,其次研究PLA微孔膜的个性问题如耐热稳定性问题。通过新型致孔剂对PLA相转换过程的调控,制备了高通量和高截留的PLA超滤膜,克服了超滤膜trade-off的相关瓶颈。通过从分子结构设计、分子链段和聚集态调控、以及膜表面化学及微、纳结构调控出发,改善PLA结晶性能、亲水性和抗凝血性等共性和个性问题,为PLA微孔膜在医用膜领域的发展提供了一定的理论依据。最后我们还通过模板法构建了超稳定超浸润PLA微孔膜以及通过立构复合构建类介孔多孔结构稳定高效附载纳米催化剂,解决了聚乳酸微孔膜作为功能性膜材料所面临的特殊性问题
