    داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن  و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﻲ و درﻣﺎﻧﻲ داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ ﻣﻬﻨﺪس اﻓﻀﻠﻲ ﭘﻮر    ﭘﺎﻳﺎن ﻧﺎﻣﻪ:  ﺟﻬﺖ درﻳﺎﻓﺖ درﺟﻪ دﻛﺘﺮاي ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ  ﻋﻨﻮان:  7931ﺗﺎ  5831ﺗﻮﻣﻮر اﺳﺘﺰﻳﻮﻧﻮروﺑﻼﺳﺘﻮﻣﺎ در ﺷﻬﺮ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن از ﺳﺎل ﻣﻴﺰان ﺑﺮوز ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ   اﺳﺘﺎد راﻫﻨﻤﺎ:  دﻛﺘﺮ ﻋﻠﻲ اﺻﻐﺮ ﻋﺮﺑﻲ    اﺳﺘﺎد ﻣﺸﺎور:  يﻣﻴﺮﺷﻜﺎررﺿﺎ ﺗﻮرج  دﻛﺘﺮ    ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و ﻧﮕﺎرش:  ﺣﺴﺎم ﻗﻬﺮي  79ﭘﺎﻳﻴﺰ   ﻳﻚ ﻧﺌﻮﭘﻼﺳﻢ ﺑﺪﺧﻴﻢ ﻧﺎﺷﺎﻳﻊ ﺣﻔﺮه ﺑﻴﻨﻲ و ﺳﻴﻨﻮﺳﻬﺎي ﭘﺎراﻧﺎزال  )BNE(اﺳﺘﻨﺮﻳﻮﻧﻮروﺑﻼﺳﺘﻮﻣﺎ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﺪم وﺟﻮد  ﮔﻴﺮد. ﻓﻮﻗﺎﻧﻲ ﺣﻔﺮه ﺑﻴﻨﻲ ﻣﻨﺸﺄ ﻣﻲﻗﺴﻤﺖ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ از ﻧﻮرواﭘﻲ ﺗﻠﻴﻮم ﺑﻮﻳﺎﻳﻲ و از اﻣﺎر دﻗﻴﻖ از ﻣﻴﺰان ﺑﺮوز اﻳﻦ ﺑﻴﻤﺎري در اﺳﺘﺎن ،  ﺑﺮ آن ﺷﺪﻳﻢ ﺗﺎ اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ را ﺟﻬﺖ ﮔﺰارش ﺑﺮوز و   ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت دﻣﻮﮔﺮاﻓﻴﻚ اﻳﻦ ﺑﻴﻤﺎري اﻧﺠﺎم دﻫﻴﻢ.اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﻘﻄﻌﻲ ﺑﺮ روي اﻓﺮادي ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﺗﻮﻣﻮر اﺳﺘﺰﻳﻮﻧﻮروﺑﻼﺳﺘﻮﻣﺎ روش ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ: ﺗﺤﺖ درﻣﺎن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. داده ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد  7931ﺗﺎ  5831ﻲ ﺳﺎﻟﻬﺎي در ﺷﻬﺮ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن ﻃﻧﻴﺎز ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت دﻣﻮﮔﺮاﻓﻴﻚ ، ﻋﻼﻳﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻨﻲ ﺑﻴﻤﺎر و ﺷﻤﺎره ﺗﻤﺎس ﺑﻴﻤﺎر  از ﭘﺮوﻧﺪه ﻫﺎي ﺑﻴﻤﺎران ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ  ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.  ssps اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪ و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺟﻬﺖ آﻧﺎﻟﻴﺰ آﻣﺎري وارد ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻒ داده ﻫﺎ از ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ  52ﻧﺴﺨﻪ  sspsاﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار   و اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﻴﺎر و ﺟﺪول  اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ.%(زن  78/5ﻧﻔﺮ ) 7% ( ﻣﺮد و  21/5ﻧﻔﺮ ) 1ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. از اﻳﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد  8ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ: ﺳﺎل  56ﺗﺎ  1( ﺑﻮد داﻣﻨﻪ ﺳﻨﻲ ﺑﻴﻤﺎران ﺑﻴﻦ 52/3) 13/21ﺑﻴﻤﺎران ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺳﻨﻲ ﻣﻮرد  4%( ، ﮔﺮﻓﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﻴﻨﻲ  75/1ﻣﻮرد ) 4ﺑﻮد.ﺑﻴﺶ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻓﺮاواﻧﻲ ﻋﻼﻳﻢ ﺑﻴﻤﺎران ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﭘﻴﺴﺘﺎﻛﺴﻲ %(  از ﺑﻴﻤﺎران ﻳﻚ ﻃﺮﻓﻪ  24/9ﻧﻔﺮ ) 3%( ﺑﻮد. ﻋﻼﻳﻢ  24/9ﻣﻮرد) 3%( و اﺣﺴﺎس ﺗﻮده در ﺑﻴﻨﻲ  75/1)%( زﻧﺪه اﻧﺪ و از ﻳﻜﻲ از ﺑﻴﻤﺎران اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ در  05ﻧﻔﺮ ) 4%( ﻓﻮت ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ و  73/5ﻧﻔﺮ ) 3ﺑﻴﻤﺎر  8ﺑﻮد .از  82/6ﻧﻔﺮ ) 3، ﻛﺮاﻧﻴﻮﻓﺎﺳﻴﺎل و رادﻳﻮﺗﺮاﭘﻲ %( ﺟﺮاﺣﻲ 82/6ﻧﻔﺮ) 2%(. روش درﻣﺎﻧﻲ  21/5دﺳﺖ ﻧﻴﺴﺖ )ﻋﺎت دﻳﮕﺮي در از ﻳﻚ ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺠﺰ ﭘﺎﺗﻮﻟﻮ ژي اﻃﻼرادﻳﻮﺗﺮاﭘﻲ و ﻛﻤﻮﺗﺮاﭘﻲ ﺑﻮد.  ﻳﻚ ﻧﻔﺮ%(  رادﻳﻮﺗﺮاﭘﻲ و   دﺳﺘﺮس ﻧﺒﻮد.ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺎدر ﺑﻮدن اﻳﻦ ﺑﻴﻤﺎري و ﻣﺤﺪود ﺑﻮدن ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﻴﻤﺎران در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﻤﻲ ﺑﺤﺚ و ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮي: ﺗﻮان ﺑﺮ روي اﻟﮕﻮي اﭘﻴﺪﻣﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﺑﻴﻤﺎري و ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ آن ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه ﻗﻀﺎوت ﻛﺮد و )ﺪﻨﻣ مﺎﻈﻧ روﺮﻣ ﻚﻳ مﺎﺠﻧا ﻪﺑ ﻪﻴﺻﻮﺗsystematic review ( تﺎﻜﻧ ﻪﺑ ﺮﺘﺸﻴﺑ ﻲﺑﺎﻴﺘﺳد ياﺮﺑ ﺰﻴﻟﺎﻧآ ﺎﺘﻣ و.دﻮﺷ ﻲﻣ ناﺮﻳا رد يرﺎﻤﻴﺑ ﻦﻳا درﻮﻣ رد ﺮﺗﺪﻨﻤﺷزرا  :يﺪﻴﻠﻛ تﺎﻤﻠﻛسﻮﻨﻴﺳ و ﻲﻨﻴﺑنﺎﻣﺮﻛ،ﺎﻣﻮﺘﺳﻼﺑورﻮﻧﻮﻳﺰﺘﺳا ،   Introduction: Esthesioneuroblastome (ENB) is an uncommon malignant neoplasm of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, which originates from olfactory neuropathy and from the upper branch of the nasal cavity. Due to the lack of accurate statistics on the incidence of this disease in the province, we decided to carry out this study to report the incidence and demographic characteristics of the disease. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on patients diagnosed with ESTHESIONEUROBLASTOM tumor in Kerman during the years 1385-1385. Required data including demographic data, patient's clinical symptoms and patient contact numbers were extracted from patients' files. Then, all of the data were entered into the SPSS software for statistical analysis. The findings were analyzed using SPSS version 25 software. The mean and standard deviation and table were used to describe the data. Results: 8 subjects were evaluated. Of these, 1 (12,5%) was male and 7 (87,5%) were female. The mean age of patients was 31,22 (25,3), the range was between 1 and 65 years old. The most frequent symptoms was epistaxis with 4 cases (57,1%), nasal congestion 4 cases (57,1%) intranasal mass 3 cases (42,9%). Symptome in 3 (42,9%) patients were unilateral. Out of 8 patients, 3 (37,5%) died and 4 (50%) were alive and for one of the patients there was no information (5 / 12%) just the pathology report. Two (28,6%) patients received craniofacial surgery and radiotherapy alone, 23 (28,6%) had  surgury and radiotherapy, and 3 (42,9%) had surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.  Conclusion: Given the rare nature of the disease and the limited number of patients in the study, it can not be judged on the epidemiological pattern of the disease and its comparison with other studies, and it is advisable to conduct a systematic review and meta analysis to get more valuable points about the disease in Iran.
