Year: ٢٠١٨     ﭼﻜﻴﺪهبيماری ھای گوارشی در دنياست که کيفيت زندگی را مقدمه: سوءھاضمه عملکردی يکی از شايعترين اثرات ( acitnalta aicatsiPتحت تاثير قرار داده و بار اقتصادی زيادی به جامعه وارد می سازد. بنه )  مفيدی در دستگاه گوارش دارد و بر اساس متون طب سنتی ايرانی در درمان سوءھاضمه کاربرد دارد.کاھش شدت و فرکانس علائم بالينی و کيفيت زندگی بيماران مبتلا به ھدف: بررسی تاثير صمغ بنه بر   سوءھاضمه عملکردی  ساله که  ٠٦تا  ٨١بيمار  ٩١١به صورت تصادفی بر روی  سوکور روش: اين کارآزمايی بالينی دوتشخيص سوءھاضمه عملکردی برای آنھا  III EMOR يارھایتوسط فوق تخصص گوارش و بر اساس مع( تقسيم ١٦=nو دارونما ) (٨٥=nبود، انجام شد. بيماران بصورت تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله )گذاشته شده ميلی  ٠٥٣ميلی گرم حاوی  ٠٠٥بار در روز کپسولھای  شدند. شرکت کنندگان به مدت چھار ھفته دوميلی  ٠٥٣ميلی گرم حاوی  ٠٠٥ميلی گرم شکر در گروه مداخله و کپسولھای  ٠٥١گرم صمغ بنه و ميلی گرم شکر در گروه دارونما دريافت کردند و سپس به مدت يک ماه  ٠٥١م پودر نشاسته و گرپيگيری شدند. پيامد اوليه، بھبود شدت و فرکانس علائم سوء ھاضمه عملکردی )شامل: سنگينی پس از ود غذا خوردن، سيری زودرس، نفخ، تھوع، استفراغ، آروغ، درد و سوزش( و پيامد ثانويه ميزان بھبھفته مطالعه مورد  ٨در طول  IDNو  III EMORکيفيت زندگی بيماران بود که به ترتيب توسط پرسشنامه   انجام شد. ١٢نسخه  SSPSارزيابی قرار گرفت. تحليل داده ھا با نرم افزار     يافته ھا:فرکانس علائم بيمار در گروه دارونما مطالعه را به پايان رساندند. شدت و  ٨٤بيمار در گروه بنه و  ٣٥ھفته درمان، در گروه بنه نسبت به  ٤گوارشی شامل سيری زودرس، تھوع، درد و سوزش پس از بر (. ١٠٠٫٠ < eulav Pھفته نيز معنی دار باقی ماند ) ٨دارونما به طور واضح کاھش يافت و تا پايان ودند به دارو پاسخ ب SPE(درصد بيماران که دچار سندرم درد اپی گاستر ) ١٨اساس مطالعه حاضر، با صمغ بنه  SDP(سندرم ناراحتی پس از غذا خوردن ) درصد بيماران مبتلا به ٤٫٧٧دادند، ھمچنين در بھبودی حاصل شد. يکی ديگر از پيامدھای مطالعه حاضر، کيفيت زندگی بود که در طول دوره مصرف ھای کيفيت زندگی بھبود قابل  رگروهطور معناداری نسبت به دارونما، در ھمه زي دارو و دوره پيگيری به  (. ھيچگونه عارضه جدی گزارش نشد.١٠٠٫٠ < eulav P)ای مشاھده شد  ملاحظه   نتيجه گيری:در بيماران مبتلا به سوءھاضمه عملکردی، صمغ بنه نسبت به دارونما در کاھش شدت و فرکانس علائم می توان نتيجه گرفت که صمغ بنه در ھر دو  ينو نيز بھبود کيفيت زندگی تاثير بھتری داشت. ھمچن  مؤثر است.( SDPو  SPEگروه زيرمجموعه سوءھاضمه عملکردی )   کيفيت زندگی، acitnalta aicatsiPکلمات کليدی: سوءھاضمه عملکردی، طب سنتی ايرانی، بنه،                   Abstract  Introduction: functional dyspepsia is one of the most prevalent gastrointestinal disorders in the world which has affected the quality of life and imposes a heavy economic burden on society. Pistacia atlantica has beneficial effects on digestive system and according to Traditional Iranian Medicine texts is applicable in treatment of dyspepsia. Aim: The aim of this study was to assess the effect of “Pistacia atlantica” (Baneh) on functional dyspepsia Objectives: This randomized double blind clinical Trial was performed on ١١٩ patients from ١٨ to ٦٠ years old diagnosed by a gastroenterologist and according to ROME III standards to be suffering from functional dyspepsia. The patients were randomly divided into two groups called intervention group (n=٥٨) and placebo group (n=٦١). The participants in intervention group received ٥٠٠ mg capsules containing ٣٥٠ mg Pistacia atlantica resin and ١٥٠ mg sugar. And the patients in placebo group received ٥٠٠ mg capsules containing ٣٥٠ mg starch powder and ١٥٠ mg sugar twice a day for four weeks and were followed up for one month. The primary outcome, improving the intensity and frequency of functional dyspepsia symptoms (including: postprandial fullness, early satiety, bloating, nausea, vomiting, belching, burning and pain) and the secondary outcome which was the amount of improvement of the quality of life were studied during ٨ weeks respectively by ROME III questionnaire and NDI. Data analysis was done by SPSS software, version ٢١. Results: Fifty-three patients in Pistacia atlantica group and ٤٨ patients in placebo group finished the study. The intensity and frequency of gastrointestinal symptoms including early satiety, vomiting, burning and pain slaked in Pistacia atlantica group compared to placebo group clearly after ٤ weeks’ treatment and remained significant after ٨ weeks (p value <٠٫٠٠١). According to the present study, ٨١٪ of patients suffering from EPS responded to the drug, and also in ٧٧٫٤٪ patients suffering from PDS improvement was observed after using Pistacia atlantica resin. One of the other results of present study was quality of life which improved significantly compared to placebo during drug consumption period and follow up period. In all subgroups a significant improvement were observed (p value < ٠٫٠٠١), and no serious side effects were reported. Conclusion: This study showed that Pistacia atlantica in comparison with the placebo is significantly effective on intensity and frequency of symptoms and improving quality of life in functional dyspepsia. It can also be concluded that Pistacia atlantica resin is effective in both subgroups of functional dyspepsia (EPS and PDS).
