Real Estate Market in Selected Locations

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje trh s nemovitými věcmi v jednotlivých krajích ČR. Vedle průzkumu struktury trhu, který je zaměřen na stranu nabídky, je hlavní součástí práce rozbor cen nabízených nemovitých věcí. V práci je použita metoda lineární závislosti. Ta se zjišťuje pomocí korelační analýzy. Předmětem této analýzy je určit sílu závislosti mezi dvěma sledovanými veličinami. Závislost nám ukazuje, která veličina a jakou mírou ovlivňuje strukturu trhu a také ceny nemovitých věcí. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje zhodnocení dosažených výsledků.This bachelor thesis analyzes the real estate market in individual regions of the Czech Republic. In addition to the survey of the market structure that is focused on the supply side, the main part of the work is the analysis of the prices of the offered real estate. The method uses linear dependence. This is determined by correlation analysis. The subject of this analysis is to determine the strength of the dependence between the two monitored variables. Dependency shows us how much the structure of the market and real estate prices influence.
