The formulation of corporation as subyek of corruption conduct within Corruption Eradication Act
number 31/1999 is regarded as an advanced progress concerning in eradicating corruprion practices
seriously. There are many obstacles in punishing corporation conduct corruption practices such as : law
officer is lack of experiences processing corporation ceases, law enforcement bureaucracy is not quite
condusive in investigating corporation involved in corruption practices, the lack of corporation knowledge
of public to enlarge the public parcipation in suppressing corruption practices. Meanwhile within law enforcement
organization could not found a special unit concentrate in analizing corporation problem.and
causing corporation ceases could not be handling totally accomplished.
