The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of the Slemanan village by using comparative analysis and analysis of the sources and uses of funds. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Subject were Slemanan village government. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity is checked by using triangulation techniques of sources and methods. Data analysis was performed by using comparative analysis techniques and analysis of sources and uses of funds. Results of this study indicate that the village’s financial performance in Slemanan based on comparative analysis and analysis of sources and uses of funds shows that financial performance is quite good, which can be shown either on the income and expenditure performance of the village. Conclusions of this study is a comparative analysis and analysis of sources and uses of funds can be used to determine the financial performance of village (APBDesa) in Slemanan.
