Cengklik Dam is a multifungtion fresh water teritory. The important think how
to know bentos community are actual ecology condition indicatore some teritory and also
as an information about wealth on.
The aims of this reaserch were to know influences water quality and bentos
community stucture and also to know bentos community structure based on diversity and
similarity index in Cengklik Dam Boyolali.
The observation was done on some point zonation which different characterly
habitat from water teritory Cengklik Dam. This reserch was hold from Juli uo to Oktober
2008. Steps on this research are bentos sampling, water sampling, soil (substrate) sampling
and decision, bentos analisis and identifikation, and measurement abiotic environment
factor. From the data wich be received then it are to compare with qualities standard,
counted diversity index and similarity index, and also analysis correlation and regretion
between some variable of environment factor with index diversity.
Water and soil qualities (temperature, purity, pH, DO, phospat, and calcium),
based on study and bentos community structure analisis in the water ecosystem at Cengklik
Dam, Boyolali to support aquatic organism (bentos) life so that it areal suitable developed
for aquaculture. Result showed that bentos community at increase water quality area
with scratch a way (station I and V) better than “karamba” area and out let (station II and
VI) wich were pointed by species number, medium diversity index, and 100% similarity
index
