Technological developments, especially in the information, we can utilize information technology to facilitate a particular company or factory sugar factory in taking a decision to do the milling process. Some of the problems often faced by a sugar factory in taking a decision to do the milling process include the difficulty of determining the time really right to make the process of sugar-cane cutting. To solve this problem in this thesis uses fuzzy logic to determine a schedule for cutting.
