На тлі комплексної патогенетичної терапії обмеженої склеродермії спостерігається підвищення ефективності лікування у 2,2 разу, а також певне відновлення параметрів системи імунітету, що залежить від тяжкості (поширеності) перебігу хвороби, визначається наявністю динаміки кількості клітин з рецепцією CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CD38+, CD95+, концентрацій IgA, IgG, IgM, ЦІК, збільшенням IL2, IL4, IL10, зменшенням IL6, TNFa, Ат до ДНК, що більш значно виражено у хворих 1 (основної) групи у порівнянні з хворими 2 групи (традиційного лікування).
