Abstract
高粱蔗7418是从广东省甘蔗良种场引种的高粱和甘蔗杂交后代,经系统选育而成的粮、糖兼用高粱新品种。亩产籽粒400~600斤,茎秆4,000~6,000斤。其榨汁糖分含量随成熟度而增加。籽粒完熟期的蔗糖含量为8.57%,总糖为11.36%。到35天后分别增至14.55%和16.6%。1977年在陕西扩大种植2,500亩,秋后生产出红砂糖、红糖粉等产品。在B.A史密斯(1972)的甜高粱制糖工艺的基础上提出了简化工艺:(1)榨汁补充到300ppm磷酸值;(2)冷加石灰乳调pH值7.5—7.9;(3)加温58—60℃;(4)加5ppm絮凝剂;(5)静置50分钟左右进行沉清,淀粉清除81%;乌头酸清除76.42%
