Abstract
为了解5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)在蔬菜上的应用效果,日光温室田间试验ALA叶面喷施和土壤表面喷施以及ALA+N叶面施用对油麦菜生长发育、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:ALA以及ALA+N叶面施用和土壤表面喷施均明显提高了油麦菜的光合速率、叶绿素含量和产量,并改善了油麦菜品质;与对照相比,外源ALA各处理光合速率和产量均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),其中ALA+N叶面施用效果最佳,光合速率和产量分别提高34.7%和41.6%;外源ALA对油麦菜叶绿素含量和品质也有明显地提高和改善,并且ALA+N效果最为明显,叶面喷施和土壤喷施ALA次之,但它们三者之间差异不显著
