Abstract
就设在黄土高原旱作农耕地上的长期定位试验不同处理土壤微生物量碳氮进行研究 ,主要就长期不同施肥、种植不同作物及轮作等农业措施对土壤微生物量碳氮的影响进行研究。结果显示 :施肥与种植作物提高了土壤微生物量碳氮含量 ,长期施用土粪肥显著提高微生物量碳氮含量 ,施化肥与有机肥并种植苜蓿处理微生物量碳氮是长期休闲地的 3.7倍 ,轮作比连作更有利于微生物量碳氮的提高 ,轮作与有机肥的施用应当是本区提高土壤肥力的主要途
