Abstract
本发明公开了一种鬼臼毒素(POD)衍生物的药物前体,该药物前体是由药物分子与亲水性的短链聚乙二醇(PEG)通过酸敏感的亚胺键共价结合形成的,其中,所述的药物分子为鬼臼毒素的衍生物氨基鬼臼(NPOD),其携药量可达35%以上,且该药物前体可以在水溶液中通过自组装的方式形成具有纳米结构的胶束。本发明还公开了该自组装药物前体胶束作为新的药物载体,用于负载如紫杉醇等一类疏水性药物的应用,实现了药物的协同治疗作用。本发明具有制备方法简单、环保、经济,在生物医药领域具备较大的应用价值
